Letters of Recommendation

Dear Bucktails,

I know that several of you are planning for college next year and I just wanted to let you know that I would be glad to write any of you a letter of recommendation as needed for scholarship applications, college applications, or for any other purpose. Your participation in the camp and, especially, your outreach and service activities throughout the year are definitely something you want to emphasize on any college application. So, please don't hesitate to ask -- that's what we are here for.

Final Record Book Submissions

Just a reminder that final record book submissions are due by April 15th, 2008 in order to qualify for assistant team leader positions, apprentice positions, and college scholarships.

Remember, you can earn extra points on your record books by recommending students to apply to the '08 camp (they need to list you on the application as the person who referred them to the program) and by submitting new Bucktails Conservation Cadences (see below for details), and by submiting a design for a new WLA t-shirt (see below).
